Status Certificate
Please fill out the form below to request a status certificate.
We offer a standard service allowing up to 10 business days for delivery for $100.00 or an expedited service allowing up to 3 - 5 business days for delivery for $325.00. All payments must be made by e-transfer to scpayments@melbournepm.ca or by cheque made payable to Melbourne Property Management Inc. Please note that payment must be received by our office before work will commence on producing the status certificate. Receiving payment starts the 3 or 10 day timeframe for delivery.
Any Status Certificate request(s) placed after 5:00pm EST will be acknowledged the following business day. Similarly, a request placed on a weekend will be considered received on the Monday and a request placed on a Statutory Holiday will be considered received the following business day.

For a sale of a unit, it is the seller's responsibility to contact Melbourne Property Management in advance if the closing date changes at closings@melbournepm.ca. This information is required to stop any ownership changes and to cancel processing any future pre-authorized payments/post-dated cheques.
If you are looking for a status certificate for a newly registered condominium, and this is for the final closing, it is recommended that purchasers contact the vendor for the status certificate first.
