Joff brings more than 15 years of sales and management experience to his position as President of Melbourne Property Management.

Prior to founding Melbourne, Joff was a principal of one of Canada’s largest sub-metering companies. Joff has a proven track record in lead sourcing, developing and executing all aspects of the sales process for new construction projects. His extensive background in building businesses, leading teams and fostering meaningful relationships contributes directly to his clients’ success.

He is also the founder and CEO of Benny Parks Services Inc., a provider of strategic business solutions to an ever-growing portfolio of clients in multiple business sectors across Canada. He serves on the boards of Illuminati Energy Corp and Ebene Services Inc.

Matt has an extensive background with over 15 years experience in the property management, development and real estate industry. He is responsible for overseeing the directors, property managers, and office operations. He is accountable for establishing and maintaining key client relationships with Board of Directors, developers, residents and office staff.

Matt’s experience leading personnel development, operational strategies, and crisis management ensures optimal business performance and significant community enhancements are achieved.

Matt is also a licensed real estate agent/broker with over 15 years experience, which will greatly enhance our rental management program.

Carlo comes to Melbourne as an accomplished finance and accounting professional with over 25 years of progressive experience having served as a CFO for numerous companies in the GTA where his expertise in corporate development and operational activities has helped provide both growth and stability in those organizations.

Prior to joining Melbourne, Carlo worked with Bondfield Construction, Corebuild Construction, Accuworx Inc. and GFL Environmental Inc. Carlo’s ability to bring a fresh financial perspective to the condominium management industry, is a huge benefit to the team at Melbourne.

Carlo has obtained his MBA, BBA, CPA, CMA and is in good standing with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario

As Vice President of Condominium Management, Jenna plays a pivotal role in upholding Melbourne’s high standards. She leads the team of Directors, implementing site-level policies and procedures to enhance community experiences. With a visionary mindset and meticulous attention to detail, she ensures that every aspect of condominium management reflects Melbourne’s unwavering commitment to excellence.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Jenna is dedicated to fostering collaboration within the industry. She believes in creating supportive networks that encourage knowledge sharing and growth across the condominium management community. In her personal time, Jenna is a devoted baseball fan and enjoys spending time with her family. Lori joins Melbourne with over 30 years of Condominium Financial Management experience in her role as the Senior Director, Accounting. Lori brings a wealth of experience and industry best practices from her most recent role in the Condominium Management Industry, where she was responsible for overseeing all condominium financial reporting and administration, and leading the implementation of the new Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) and the Ontario Condominium Act changes. Previously, Lori held financial and leadership positions at two of the largest condominium management companies in the GTA.

Lori is responsible for overseeing the accounting policies and procedures, implementing proper internal controls, and uses her extensive comprehension of condominium administration to ensure all managers and clients are supported.

Rolland comes to Melbourne with over 30 years of accounting experience and has built up an excellent reputation over more than 15 years in condominium accounting for his ability to mentor and support both managers and fellow accountants. Rolland excels in his role of Director, Client Accounting as he has a passion for understanding each condominium budget, how it works, and the story it tells. His insight, experience and focus on continuous improvement, provides tremendous support to the accounting team. Prior to joining Melbourne, Rolland served as a Finance Manager at one of North America’s largest condominium management companies.

Rolland holds a University Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) Majoring in Finance & Accounting.

Laura joined Melbourne at the beginning of 2021, to help develop company policies, foster Melbourne culture, oversee recruitment and support the growth of the team. Laura has quickly become a greatly appreciated team member, with her passion to coach and support staff, and provide a vital human resources perspective to leadership meetings and weekly team meetings.

Laura is passionate about ensuring that Melbourne is a great place to work through implementing policies that focus on the well being and experience of all employees, ensuring greater transparency in the workplace, and providing support to managers and team leads.

Laura is a valuable member of the Melbourne team, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Western University and Human Resources Management Post-Graduate Diploma from Seneca College.

As a Director of Condominium Management, Darla is tasked with overseeing Melbourne managed communities in the North and East regions of the GTA and Greater GTA. In. this role, Darla is able to mentor upcoming mangers, assist in creating best practices, policies and procedures of the company and ensure a high level of service is delivered to Melbourne clients and the communities her team takes care of. Prior to joining Melbourne, Darla served as a Regional Manager for two large management companies. Darla holds an RCM designation and has over a decade of experience in the Ontario condominium management market.

Darla is also actively involved in the Condominium Industry, having recently served as the President of the Community Association Institute (CAI) Canadian Chapter. Darla enjoys educating, supporting, and guiding managers and board members through the plethora of condominium-related legal, financial, physical building and administrative issues. Darla’s passion to help, educate and improve, makes her an ideal leader on the Melbourne team.

In her personal time, Darla finds great pleasure in activities such as reading, camping, tending to her garden, and cherishing moments with her loved ones.

Melody is the Director of Training and Condominium Management, bringing over 20 years of expertise in the condominium management industry. She is passionate about mentoring new managers through immersive, hands-on training to help them grow into exceptional professionals. Melody manages in-house training for Melbourne staff and oversees a portfolio of primarily low-rise communities.

Driven by a deep commitment to fostering growth, Melody excels at creating organized environments and implementing effective policies. She finds fulfillment in seeing managers develop into confident, skilled leaders. Her hands-on approach to training emphasizes practical learning, tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

Beyond her professional life, Melody is a passionate advocate for dog rescues. She has fostered numerous dogs, owns three of her own, and often helps others with dog training. When she's not busy with work or rescue efforts, Melody enjoys staying active at the gym, particularly through CrossFit and conditioning workouts. A lifelong lover of music, she grew up in a musical family, attended Cawthra Park Secondary School for Vocal Music, and plays several instruments, including piano, flute, and guitar. Known for her boundless energy, Melody is always on the move and thrives on staying engaged.

Nathan W. Browne, OLCM, brings over 25 years of extensive experience to his role as Director of Condominium Management, Southwest, for Melbourne Property Management. In this position, he skillfully overseas a team of managers who are tasked with taking care of condominium communities, guiding them through every stage—from initial development and start-up processes through registration, Tarion warranty administration, and ongoing maintenance, repairs, and major projects. His strategic approach ensures smooth transitions and long-term operational success.

A passionate leader and mentor, Nathan is deeply committed to the development of his team. He has a strong track record of coaching and teaching, including serving as an instructor for the ACMO Certification course on Physical Building Management. His expertise spans a wide variety of property types, including townhouses, commercial buildings, low-rise and high-rise condominiums, shared facilities, and expansive communities.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Nathan finds joy in spending time with his three children, who are his greatest source of pride.
